Founder Tristan has worked for some of London’s most prestigious salons and as a successful session hairdresser is no stranger to stage or screen. With this wealth of experience Tristan has brought together a coterie of talent to ensure that first class hairdressing and client care is experienced by all clients. What We Do

Appointments are priced according to stylist experience. Our team receives ongoing training and education to maintain our rigorous standards. We use L’Oréal Professionnel colour products and stock professional haircare from Kerastase and Shu Uemura Art of Hair.

*A blow dry is included in all prices.All prices are indicative and subject to consultation

Salon Etiquette And Small Print

Due to high demand for appointments, any services booked for longer than 75 minutes per stylist require a 50% non-refundable deposit, payable at the time of booking. Email notice of cancellation, more than 24 hours prior to the service will allow the deposit to be carried over to another appointment within 4 weeks. (mail@tristaneves.com)

All technical clients must have an up-to-date Allergy-Alert Test recorded. Alert Tests are valid for 6 months only, and failure to have an up-to-date test recorded will unfortunately result in the service being cancelled.

We always aim to run to time and as such, any client arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment may have to have an amended service, and in some cases, may regretfully be asked to reschedule their appointment.

We ask that you provide us with an email address and mobile phone number to allow us to contact you should the need arise. During your appointment, please ensure that any electronic devices are switched to silent mode to minimise disruption to other clients.

Due to different levels of experience and particular specialisms, all of our hair services are offered at different prices: This is not only reflective of the experience level of the stylist/technician, but also demand for appointments and time allocated for services.

Whether you book with a senior staff member or a trainee, ALL services will be carried out to the highest Tristan Eves standards and will be finished immaculately and professionally.

For all appointments, we ask that you allow enough time to fully enjoy the experience and to allow the team to carry this out to the very best of their ability.

All technical appointments include a complimentary blow-dry with a Salon Assistant; blow-dries requested with your regular stylist will incur an additional charge.

Training appointments can be booked as normal though reception, and must be pre-paid at the time of booking to secure the space.

As you may appreciate, training appointments are in high demand and as such, failure to keep the appointment or no-shows will not be rebooked.

All training appointments are carefully watched and checked and all clients will leave with a technically correct and completed service.

Please allow adequate time when visiting for a training appointment. Our trainees will take longer than a qualified stylist to complete the service.
